While we take every care to ensure you are 100% happy with your purchase, should a problem arise, we aim to correct the problem with minimum disruption to you. We also offer you the option to return goods, within 7 days, if you simply change your mind.

Returns made simple
In the rare event you receive a product from us and you are not happy;
- Contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, and contact details
- Include as much information as possible (please include photos if necessary)
- You have 7 days to cancel your order, if you simply change your mind, (all orders must be as received and still be sealed)
- 30 day return to base warranty
- Your claim will be assessed and a return number issued
- Dependent on the assessment a replacement , full or partial refund will be awarded
- We will aim to award your refund or notify you within 12 hours, although depending on the complexity of the refund, this could take up to 48 hours
- Please return all packaging and relevant paperwork unless advised otherwise in assessment
- Return postage is not covered by our returns policy, except if awarded at time of assessment
- All returns must be received in the condition with which they arrived
